1) How do I make a reservation?
Just send as an email info @ premiumgreektours.com with your request of the tour or transfer you wish to book., mentioning all the necessary requirements (persons, date, pick up and drop off details, destination, flight number etc.) and special preferences or needs you may have (children, child seats, luggage, health issues, etc.). Once we confirm all the details, you will receive a confirmation email mentioning all the details and the agreed amount.

2) Should I book a tour guide or just a driver?
Our drivers can provide you with information about the places and archeological sites that you will be visiting but they are not licensed tour guides meaning that they are not allowed to escort you at the sites or guide you. There are strict regulations that protect the job of the tour guides, so the drivers have to respect that and provide commentary only in the vehicle and not in or near the archeological sites. In case you want a professional licensed tour guide you can let us know and our company will provide you with one for an additional cost, depending on whether you want him or her to escort you during the whole tour or just guide you at the archeological sites.

3) How much time do I have for each site?
Depending on the size or importance of each site, your driver can advise you about how much time you should spend. Following his instructions, you can complete the tour within its normal duration, having enough time for your visits. Of course, you have the right to extend a visit and shorten or skip another.

4) How do I meet my driver?
At the airport you will meet your driver at the arrival hall. He will be holding a sign with your name. If you can’t find him, please call us immediately at +306986681630. It is very important not to leave the arrival hall, because it will be very difficult to find you when he doesn’t know where you are.

5) How do I pay?
You can pay your driver the agreed amount at the end of the service, in cash or by credit card (all types accepted). We may ask you for a 20% deposit when booking the service. You can pay this amount using our safe payment platform.

6) Do I have to tip the driver and how much?
Tips are welcomed but not required. There is no tipping policy in Greece. It is up to your discretion, if you want to give a tip and how much that will be

7) Do I share the vehicle with other people?
No. We provide private transfers and tours, organized exclusively for your group alone.
